Our Team
The Happy City Index was developed as a natural extension of our research, a comprehensive framework for assessing and comparing cities around the world using 82 carefully selected indicators. It serves as a powerful tool that informs public policy, highlights best practices, and strengthens collaboration across sectors. Our work is rooted in the belief that cities play a fundamental role in shaping the happiness and well-being of their residents. By analysing urban systems and identifying effective models of governance, we demonstrate how citizen-centred strategies, technological innovation, and fair distribution of resources can transform urban life.
